Printers are only available through the wired network, not the wifi. If you want to access the printers through wifi, you need to be connected to the VPN.

The printer where researchers should print in color or A3 is ctprint02.citius.gal. Color printing is also available on ctprint03.citius.gal.

Xerox VersaLink B400 Printer

The trays are configured as follows:

• Tray 1: White paper
• Tray 2: Recycled paper

The default tray is 1, so if no tray is selected, the printer will print using white paper. If you wish to print on recycled paper, you must select tray 2 or the paper type.

In the cabinet, white and recycled paper is available. If it runs out, researchers can request a refill at the front desk.

Printers notify when the toner is running low when there are still about 200 pages left to print. The toner should be replaced when the printer starts showing low-quality prints, not when the printer shows a warning.

To change the toner, you must notify the TIC Infrastructure Management Unit through the incident report form.
