Specification of Merits
GENERAL MERITS The general merits must represent between 30 and 40 points of the total score. Included here are: Qualifications Academic record Seniority (accredited professional experience in universities, public bodies, or private companies) Foreign languages Galician language Driving license
It is necessary to match the merit of qualifications to the qualification required as a prerequisite. The highest weight of the qualification scores must be for the required qualification (example: a degree qualification will be required, so a master's degree cannot be valued with more points than the degree). In the case of languages, it is necessary to indicate the language level (knowledge is not sufficient). If different levels of a language are to be valued, it must be indicated in the announcement to be able to do so. Example: Portuguese level B2 (10 points), level C1 (15 points)
SPECIFIC MERITS The specific merits must represent between 60 and 70 points of the total score. Included here are: Accreditable work experience Accreditable specific training Scientific publications Participation and attendance at conferences Research stays Interview Optional interview: maximum 25 points, if a minimum score is established to pass to the interview, individuals who do not reach that score cannot be selected for recruitment.
