The elements whose dissemination is part of the tasks of the communication and public projection unit are listed:

| Main web page (main slide) | This section highlights the most relevant news, upcoming events, and official job announcements from CiTIUS. From time to time, expressions of interest will also be highlighted here. |
| Staff profiles on the public web | Each member of CiTIUS has a public profile in the 'Team' section of the public website. The Communication Unit is responsible for explaining the procedure for new members to complete this profile, as well as taking a temporary photograph of the newly joined person. Subsequently, this image will be replaced by the final photograph taken during one of the periodic studio portrait sessions that take place throughout the year. |
| Current Affairs | Under this heading, both the news published by CiTIUS (informing about its most recent activity) and appearances in the media of these news, interviews, or references to its staff or ongoing projects are collected. |
| Events | This section includes both public events (accessible through the center's website) and internal events, restricted to private use and therefore accessible only through a CiTIUS account. Among the most common events organized by the center, the following can be found: |
| Doctoral Meetings: An initiative aimed at stimulating the communication, argumentation, and scientific criticism skills of the training staff at CiTIUS. In the DM, the objectives of a doctoral thesis are shared in English over a 20-minute presentation, followed by a discussion space with the audience, open for discussion. | |
| Conferences: Talks and presentations organized by the center open to the public, addressing topics related to the various research areas of the center. | |
| Doctoral theses: Public defenses of doctoral theses, which conclude the pre-doctoral training stage. | |
| Training Program: Complementary training activities aimed at research staff, included in the CiTIUS Training Program. This biennial program is based on the principles for innovative doctoral training promoted by the EU. | |
| In the sun: Informal meetings on the center's outdoor terrace, designed to encourage dialogue and human connection beyond daily work. Born in the post-pandemic context, these meetings offer short talks without technological support by people from diverse fields, followed by an open and relaxed discussion. | |
| Ciencia Singular: Annual open day where the singular research centers of Santiago de Compostela —CiTIUS, CiQUS, CiMUS, IGFAE, and CRETUS— disseminate their scientific activity to families and visitors of all ages. | |
| Video Library | A constantly updated repository that collects all videos produced by CiTIUS, organized into different sections according to the type of content. |
