CiTIUS has a specific tool for the automatic generation of the institutional signature in formats compatible with the main email clients.

To configure the signature:

• Access the email tool from a browser.
• Select the option “Signature Generator”, located immediately after “Mailing Lists”.
• Enter your data and copy the generated format into your email client.
