The printers are only available through the wired network, not via wifi. If you want to access the printers through wifi, you need to be connected to the VPN.

The printer on which researchers should print in color or A3 is ctprint02.citius.gal (copier in the ground floor corridor). Color printing is also available on ctprint03.citius.gal.

The default tray is 1, so if the tray is not selected, the printer will print using white paper. If you want to print on recycled paper, you must select tray 2 or the paper type.
In the cabinet, there is white and recycled paper available. If it runs out, researchers can request replenishment at reception.

The printers warn that the toner is running low when it can still print about 200 pages. The toner should be changed when the printer starts to produce low-quality prints, and not when the printer shows the warning.
To change the toner, you must notify the IT Infrastructure Management Unit through the incident reporting form.

In the add printer dialog, choose the option to add manually. Then, Add a printer using the IP address or a hostname. Select device type IPP Device and as hostname enter the full name of the printer, for example ctprint01.citius.gal for the b/w printer in the ground floor corridor, and continue with the steps.
